Our Environmental Position
Magnesium plays a critical role in light-weighting, vehicle electrification, aerospace innovation, and lower-carbon manufacturing. However, its extraction and processing can carry significant environmental impacts when not properly regulated.
At North Critical Mineral Ventures Corp. (NCMVC), we address this reality through a disciplined sourcing approach. NCMVC does not engage in mining, smelting, or refining activities. Instead, we work exclusively with upstream partners that operate under internationally recognized environmental standards and maintain verifiable environmental documentation, including ISO 14064 reporting, valid operating permits, and emissions-related compliance records.
All NCMVC logistics, packaging, and documentation procedures are designed to preserve this verified environmental integrity from the point of origin through to final delivery. Our role is to ensure that materials move through the supply chain with full environmental traceability and without the introduction of additional environmental risk.
All production partners are required to maintain and furnish the following documentation and environmental verifications.
Upstream verification model
All referenced documents are reviewed, translated as needed, and securely maintained within NCMVC’s internal ESG records. Access may be granted to qualified institutions under confidentiality terms.
