ESG STRATEGY
Structured for Responsibility. Built for Institutional Alignment.
ESG AT THE CORE OF PROCUREMENT READINESS

At North Critical Mineral Ventures Corp. NCMVC, ESG is not a marketing initiative. It is an operating requirement. As a Canadian intermediary within a highly regulated global supply chain, our ESG framework supports traceability, documentation integrity, and institutional qualification for the supply of high purity magnesium.

NCMVC does not operate production facilities. Instead, we work exclusively with verified Tier 1 suppliers whose ESG certifications, environmental performance records, and labour standards align with recognized international frameworks. Supporting documentation is reviewed, maintained, and made available under NDA to qualified institutional counterparties.

Institutional Transparency & Controlled Disclosure

NCMVC’s ESG framework is supported by a structured compliance and documentation system designed for institutional review. While this page outlines our governance approach and ESG commitments at a strategic level, certain certifications, compliance records, and supplier verification materials are maintained under controlled disclosure procedures.

This ensures that regulatory, procurement, and due diligence stakeholders can access verified documentation through formal review channels while protecting sensitive operational and commercial data.

The registry below summarizes the categories of ESG-related documentation maintained for institutional verification.
